How to Marry a Millionaire was the first and only movie I’ve seen Marilyn Monroe. It’s about these two classy ladies on the search to find millionaires to marry. They each end up with unlikely men and find true love in the process.
Expression
We have to visually portray an intense emotion. I was thinking of doing mine on a girl and her journey with her friend and the pain it caused her as they grew apart.
Requiem for a Dream is about 4 people and their experiences with love, sex, coke, herion and speed. The abundance of these drugs keep the 4 trapped in a spiraling drug cycle as everything quickly turns for them. It was directed by Darren Aronofsky and stars Ellen Burstyn, Jared Leto,Marlon Wayans and Jennifer Connelly.
Seven Pounds, Field Scene
We Found Love is a song by Rihanna and Calvin Harris and the video was directed by Milena Matsoukas. Its about a couple whose relationship goes wrong because of their involvement in drugs and their inability to separate regardless of it. This is my favorite music video so far. I love the pacing and the creative drug references. Their relationship seems sincere and it makes most people empathize in one way or another. It’s a video that I can watch over and over and I’ll never get tired of it. The couple is beautiful and the video is fun and captivating.
